Adam Patrikios is the business development manager and director of Adman. He is the glue that holds the company together, linking the clients, development, and our passive fire protection teams. Adam has experience delivering innovative solutions in both public and private sectors and enjoys working collaboratively with new and existing clients alike. His aim is to always ensure the best possible service and customer experience from the planning stage to completion.
Tracey is a qualified Business and Projects Manager with extensive health and safety experience. She has managed significant business change projects for over 30 years and has expertise in dealing with Operational Management, Human Resources and Compliance. Tracey’s key role is to help create positive change covering both our processes and client engagement. As a strong addition to the Adman team, she manages many of our professional standards, resource requirements and policies and procedures. Qualified in Prince, IOSH, CIPD and ILM her qualifications match our business drive and determination to succeed.
Sevastian has been with us since day one. He is our systems and processes manager. A true organisation freak, who makes sure all processes run smoothly at Adman. Having recently graduated from business school, he brings his knowledge and fresh ideas to the team, ensuring we always use the most suitable technology in every business process.
With his involvement behind the scenes, Ivo is Adman’s capeless hero. He is responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. His attention to detail and organizational skills are second to none. Ivo is also a great communicator and is always happy to assist our clients with any administrative inquiries or concerns they may have and ensure that we deliver the best possible service.
